Our founders came together to establish a dynamic girls' lacrosse club. With a deep understanding of both the sport and the unique needs of young female athletes, we are fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where girls can thrive. Through expertise and mentorship, we are not only imparting essential skills on the field but also instilling values of teamwork, confidence, and perseverance that extend far beyond the game. This club stands as a testament to the profound impact of female role models in sports, cultivating a generation of strong and resilient young women both in sports and in life.

Coaches
Our goal at Frenzy is to build the next generation of coaches. Every team is equipped with an experienced head coach, an assistant coach, and a current college athlete as a second assistant coach. With three coaches per team, we guarantee adequate attention for each athlete while providing guidance to our younger coaches. By helping to build quality female coaches across Orange County, we hope to grow and better Orange County girls lacrosse.
