D.I.V.E.

The D.I.V.E. program is for beginner/intermediate-level athletes with aspirations of continuing to learn lacrosse and grow as players to get to the next level. Our goal is to build a strong foundation in each player so they can grow in their game by focusing on stick skills and lacrosse fundamentals. The D.I.V.E. program is for those who have played two years of lacrosse or less in grad years 2028-2032.

OC Teams

OC Teams are local teams that serves as a bridge to travel lacrosse. There is a heavy focus on development and building a strong foundation in the core concepts of lacrosse.

These teams are intended for middle school - early high school-aged athletes from the first days holding a stick to those who are currently playing at the frosh & JV levels and wish to develop further.

OC Teams will attend 2 local tournaments - these are meant as a crash course, fail safe way to get experience playing the game without fear of failure. Sometimes the best way to learn to swim is to dive into the deep end!
